Kumon Math and Reading Center

They have no customer services, they only want your money! No one not even Mrs Kown can take responsibility for their mistake! My son was is a lower grade but my mistake they worked on a much higher level for a month, my son was not able to do it, it made him feel dumb. So when I pointed it out, they didn't care! They didn't have his records of him passing a lower level for him to move up. Till this day no one even apologized to me or even admitted they made a mistake.
