        We had a problem with an exterior garage door (standard entry door -not overhead garage door) at our vacation rental property and paying vacationers arriving soon. Called Alvin & told him our dilemma with our lock and that we were not at the property. He made himself available the same morning and took care of the problem in short time so that the vacationers would not be inconvenienced. Highly recommend!
