Watch your tab. Notorious for...

Watch your tab.

Notorious for adding items to your tab.

Had as many as a round of shots added to my tab.

When I questioned it, I was told it was accidentally added from another guests bill.

They took that one off.

Other times it would be a drink or two added, which they argued I was wrong. Sorry, I keep tabs on my tabs, especially from places that I mistrust, which unfortunately, is the Wellington Pub. A place I no longer go to.

They do not have POS. They write your name down on a slip of paper and track your orders that way. They use this as the excuse as to why an error may have been made. It got old and tiring, especially when they became threatening and angry whenever a mistake was brought up.

I went there for the karaoke and to enjoy a few drinks, not get blasted, which seems to be their goal. Always pushing drinks on you or when someone would order a round, instead of asking if I wanted another drink, just bringing it. Or in other cases when I accepted the round, instead of waiting until I was done with my current drink, stacking a new one in front of me. It makes sense, get the customers drunk enough and their tabs high enough and they wouldn't know if you added an item or two to their tab. A group of my friends and I all had experienced this tab padding on various occasions, so if you do go, unless you don't care, watch your tab.

Sorry, if you don't care about your customers well being, They are not going to frequent your establishment and you should not have a liquor license.

Maybe the pressure is great to make money, but if you drive away customers that would build your business, you distance yourself from everyone and ultimately will fail. It's called Karma.

Too bad, a few years ago they had a great customer base with a mix of every generation of people. What a great balance and vibe.

That is long gone because of the way they approach the give and take of proprietor to customer relations.

Since the late 90's they have treated customers poorly and let the place run down cosmetically on the interior.

Just desserts?

I would say so.

Overall
Awful place!!!

I sure wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time at this establishment. The service was good at first, but then it just stopped. The Karaoke host was the worst ever. She was very unfair with ZERO personality. Actually, she was quite rude to. If you are not a regular there don't expect to sing very much. If she does not like the song on your list she will change it or just tell you she does not have it even though it is in the book. It was impossible to get the attention of the wait staff, so we closed out tabs and decided to get our drinks from the bar. That wasn't the best service either. You walk up to order and the bar staff just looks at you and walks away. If you decide to dance you might want to chain your drinks down!! The waitstaff will just remove it and dump it if you are away from your table to long. I really cannot believe this place is still in business!!!

Overall
Drinks were weak, Karaoke good. Wish there was more dancing

Overall pretty good bar, but there were a few things I would improve. My friend had a "s** on the beach" drink which was awful. When we complained, all the manager said was, "That's how we make it, we can't try to satisfy everyone." She refused to change it to a comparable drink or reimburse the money back at all, didn't seem to care. My drink was very weak. I had Baileys and coffee. Had them put more Baileys in it and was a little better. Also, wish there was a little more dancing. My friends and I were a little bored by so many Karaoke singers and only 5 minutes of regular dancing. Food was awesome though. Fantastic Nachos!
