Bought my living room set here after looking at art van and Gardner white and the customer service has been great so far. Allison did a great job helping us out and she was respectful and had a smile on her face the whole time even after I changed my mind and cancelled my first order because I thought I found something at Gardner white. I ended up cancelling my order at Gardner white to come back and shop here and so far I'm glad I did because Allison has made this a good experience. I should be getting my furniture today so we will se how the delivery crew is but if they are as nice and helpful as the sales associates then I should not be disappointed. As for art van? HORRIBLE!! Never ever will I go there again just read my review on them if you want the full story as well as other horror story reviews about Art van. Gardner white was pretty good but they got a little short with me after I cancelled my order with them which is understandable to some extent I guess. But like I said value city was great and Allison really made it a great experience even after I cancelled one order on her then came back to place another one with her being just as helpful.
