The UPS Store

Absolute nightmare. These people were rude to me, other customers and a person on the phone. The woman seemed annoyed with everyone she came into contact with and the man working there actually yelled at me. I will NEVER go back to this UPS Store again, which the made sure to tell me over and over they weren't associated with UPS. Seriously a horrible experience. Mound and 15 is way nicer.

I really like this store ,location is great , glad to see they are still there and running a good business in these tough times

the staff is very helpful and friendly. I ship things from this store when ever I have something that needs to be shipped UPS.

This UPS store is located in a derelict shopping center, that looks abandoned. It seems as if they are going out of business, and will do anything they can to over charge for everything. The staff is friendly, and courteous, but they don’t seem to know what they are doing.



For packing, shipping, and mail box service there are plenty of other places that will do a much better job, for a fraction of the cost. I would not recommend this store!
