Premier towing.. All of the staff are very hateful. They are contracted through the Springfield, Mo police department and are the towing service that tows all of the cars for Springfield Police. With this being said, I think this is why they feel like they can be total jerks. And a heads up, they are not the cheapest in town, or the best. Call Dusty's Wrecker service, $35.00 for a local in town tow, or you can try Viper Towing, also priced around $35-$40.

I couldn't have had a better experience with a towing company than I had this weekend. I was on a tight time line. I called Premier, let them know where my truck was and where I needed it towed to. I left the keys in it for them, and went on with my day. They called me with the bill a couple hours later; and I was a bit surprised that it was as low as it was. $70 to have it towed from east Springfield to Willard Fast Lube.

First, I am a female and I did not use this towing co by choice but rather through my cellphone carrier roadside service. To start, I waited 30 minutes past the ETA given (which was already 70 min) for a local towing truck at 9:00 in the morning, then the driver went to wrong address, called me asked where I was, I told him he was at wrong address and explained my location, he then sighed and hung up on me. Once he arrived 5 more minutes longer to wait, the driver got out of truck, never greeted me or spoke until finally he ordered me to put car in neutral and turn wheel. He proceeded to load car on tow truck. Never spoke to me again so while he finished I got in my son's truck to wait since it was hot and i was in my business attire. When he finished he never came to have me sign an invoice, confirm where my car was to go or tell me he was leaving...merely drove off with my car. I had to call the service center where it was to be delivered and ask that they let me know my car arrived safely. Called manager and he apologized and said guy must be having a bad day...he has worked for me 6 years. This towing company did not provide any type of customer service or come close to meeting the expectations of me as a customer. I have notified my cell carrier of the incident and will not be giving this small company towing an opportunity again, given a choice.
