THEY RESPONDED QUICK AN WAS ABLE TO GET THE THE NECK LOCK ON MOTORCYCLE UNLOCKED (TOUGH LOCK) GOT THE JOB DONE. THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AN DO IT QUICK.
American Lock and Key do a good job if you can get them to help you! I do agree with Sparkygirl1012...there are like the soup nazi.
I need a ignition replaced on a 2003 Buick Regal, instead of them telling me that prefer not to do the job, they just give me the big runaround. The owner was just telling me I what I need to do to fix it. Im not the professional here! Thats why I brought it to them in the first place. If you need keys cut, there pretty good at that, otherwise I wouldnt recommend them for anything else. Actually, if you believe they dont want to help you....just go with it.....they probably DO NOT want to help you. I wasted two weeks with these people with no results.
Keys made here ALWAYS work. When you have them made at Lowes, ACO, etc., it's hit or miss. I have never had a key not work that was made here. The only complaint I have is the customer service is not the friendliest. I kind of feel like I'm dealing with the soup nazi.
the guys that work really know what they are doing. the knowledge that they have is unbelievable.very reasonable for the work that they do.
