Amj Towing & Wrecker Service

My name is Jim Phelps and I'd first like to say the person bitching about her poor college boy getting ripped off needs to educate herself on the cost of operating a tow service, cost of truck, maintenance, insurance, fuel etc, before running off at the mouth. I blew the engine up in my truck while towing a 40ft trailer on I-25. John the driver couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He understood I was in a real jam. He towed me to the Ssnts Fe Diner and truck stop at exit 115, it was getting close to closing time so he called ahead and they had a burger and fries ready for me on arrival. He came back the next morning, we unhitched the trailer and towed my truck into the shop in Socorro NM at no additional charge. John also made another trip for me again at no charge back down to the trailer to get a battery for me before a new company driver picked it up and continued it's delivery. The guys at the shop found me a replacement engine for my truck within 30 minutes and had it shipped AMJ the tow driver John or the guys in the shop are the best and anyone needing help could not be in better hands. To all members of the AMJ team I say a hardy WELL DONE!!! Great job guys keep up the good work. Jim Phelps from Richmond VA.

My son is a student at New Mexico Tech. in Socorro, his car stalled at Denny’s parking lot in Socorro on Friday 4/12/13, he was unable to find any place open over the weekend, he asked AMJ Towing to tow the car about Five blocks to the service garage, this is 3:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon, he was charged $100 for the tow service, I was shock when he told me the cost of the tow, I think my son is being taking advantage of because he away from home the first time and doesn’t know the average cost of towing, and is terrible and unethical to prey on poor college student when they barely have enough to survives the cost of college!

I give it one star because they did tow the car FIVE blocks to the service garage.
