Horrible customer service by the person claiming to be the Manager of the store, (Wheaton MD ) whom would not even provide his name. Told my wife and I to get out of the store while yelling at us in an uncontrollable rage. Purchased a tampered glass for my iPhone 6s, after a couple of day, I notice a straight line from top to bottom of the glass, Went back to the store to get it replace. Did not have the actual receipt the first visit. Came back two days later with receipt and the same person had an attitude worse than our first visit.

He refuse replace defective product or to provide a refund and at the end, to give the receipt back and provide his name and company information to report his unacceptable behavior towards customers. -10 star ----AVOID AVOID THIS STORE
