Powierski Plumbing & Heating

Disappointed in charges from Powierski Plumbing. Separate charges described on bill as clean out toilet (verbally he told me it was to use auger ($95) - and additional labor charge (while using the auger); and service charge (which other companies do not charge if they get the job), fee for 2 bottles of acid. Total charges over $200 to clean the toilet; I called another company, after the fact, told them the problem Powierski told me I had and was quoted $85-90 total-no other fees. Since then have had the other company out, who more than cleaned another toilet, - new ballcock; wax ring; toilet bolts, supply line, drilled holes in cement floor to anchor flange in concrete, set toilet, etc, (a lot more work and a lot less than $200). Will not recommend Powierski, will recommend Jim Peterson Plumbing Inc. 248-542-0550.
