        Overall

        If you want to live in DETROIT 2.0 then come here. Nosy and unprofessional office staff. Maintenance is blah and is constantly in your apt every 90 days to change a filter(spy). Freezing here in the winter hot in the summer because of poor ventilation(be prepared for high utility bills). Rent is raised whenever the median income for Shelby Twp goes up and again during your lease renewal. Don't forget about the disrespectful, ghetto, trashy neighbors and their thousands of offspring littering the streets at all times. You'll be scared for your life living here. Glad we got out when we did. YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED NOT TO MOVE HERE!!!!!
