Hi, I am Dawn Winter the Dawn behind Dawn to Dusk Cleaning Service Residential Cleaning. I know you donâ??t want just anyone cleaning your home which is why we go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. Residential cleaning is a very personal service where trust and professionalism are paramount. We do our best to make sure our in home cleaning services exceed your expectations. I perform every free estimate personally. During our first meeting we will walk through your home and discuss the cleaning requirements for every room. I also like to spend some extra time understanding the areas of concern and everything that is important to you, I want to be sure nothing is missed. Finally, we can discuss the cleaning products you are currently using and what cleaning products have or have not worked well in your home. Our commitment to you begins long before we begin arrive to perform a home cleaning service. All of our employees must pass a background check and successfully complete our Professional Residential Cleaning training program. I personally train each new employee in several homes where we clean the home together to apply what has been learned. Once I am satisfied the new employees are allowed to work as part of a team under the supervision of a crew leader. You can take comfort in knowing that any problems or concerns will be addressed immediately. As the owner of Dawn to Dusk Cleaning Service I was not sure what to expect when I started a residential cleaning business in 2006, I just knew I wanted to help families spend more quality time together. I can honestly say that am very proud of our team, we put our heart & soul into giving our customers the very best.
