Arena Bridal And Formal

I am extremely disappointed in this place. I bought my bridesmaids dress from here and it (one took forever to get) and two didn't fit when I got it. I am so upset with how they treated me when I got it as well. I can't believe it. I will never go here for anything ever again. DO NOT GO HERE!! You will be nothing but disappointed.

This is good if your getting your wedding dress but not if your getting a bridesmaid dress!!! The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. They told me to get 3sizes too bug and didnt say they didnt do alterations until I picked up my dress mothes later. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!

I went to Arena Bridal for bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. They had a huge assortment to pick from. And they had a lot of very nice dresses, which is hard to say of a lot of other places. I ordered the bridesmaid dresses from Arena because their prices were reasonable and they had the dress that I had been searching for. They could use some help in the customer service aspect. The first time I was there one employee actually made fun of the dresses I had pulled. But I had no slip ups when it came to ordering the dress, getting it in, and picking them up. They all fit beautifully. I only wish they did alterations, but I have plenty of places to go to for that.

The service is great. They have such a huge selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. They will help work with your budget. The store itself is clean and nicley decorated. That alone shows that they care about customer service. I have recently had a lot of weddings in the family and Arena Bridal is always my first choice. They are always attentive to their customers and handles everything very professionally.

I had a horrible experience with Arena Bridal. They DO NOT do alterations! Half of the staff that I communicated with were extremely rude. They are unorganized and tried to bill me for my dress twice. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! When they gave me my bridesmaids dress it was terribly wrinkled. Aren't they supposed to steam it? What exactly do they do there? The bride should have ordered the dresses online. It would have been easier, cheaper, and we would not have had to deal with antagonistic and unfriendly people.



TERRIBLE!

In the course of planning my wedding, I have been in Arena's SEVERAL times. Unfortunately I did not get my wedding dress here but I deeply regret not doing so. I have had several people help me, and every single person that I've worked with, both in the store and on the phone, have been EXTREMELY helpful, accomidating, and genuine. I refuse to purchase my bridesmaid dresses from anywhere else. And I plan on buying my own slip & veil from here, as well as use their recommendation for getting my own dress altered when it comes in.



I HIGHLY recommend Arena's.

They are very organized, easy to search for and find dresses, they have each brand in its own section, and again, the BEST experience you can have while shopping for dresses!

In the search for my wedding gown, I went to several different stores and none of them compared to Arena. The store and selection of dresses is huge and the dressing rooms are much more spacious then the other places I had been. They carried a few of the designers I was interested in and in no time at all I found my perfect gown. The price was even less then the other places! Not to mention the alterations were included and they had an additional promotional discount. I would definitely reccomend going to Arena.
