Love the food and service at this location! The outdoor view is gorgeous! You can watch the abundant FL bird life while you eat!

I hate to put such a negative review but after tonight's experience... well you be the judge.
There were 5 of us dining. This is including 2 kids, ages 10 and 13, and three adults...
We first waited about 10 minutes for our drink order, and that should have been the warning to us for what would become a two hour process. All of our food orders were incorrect. This is what was ordered, and what we received:
1. kids meal mac and cheese with fries. Received mac and cheese. Fries were requested twice, and never brought out
2. Chicken strips with ranch dressing and a side salad. Strips came without salad, but with fries. So we transferred the fries to the other kid, and again asked for the side salad... which arrived at the end of dinner.
3. Buffalo chicken wrap, no tomatoes HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO TOMATO. Well you guessed it, tomato all over the dish. Also, onion rings were requested, but it came with fries. Had to send back the wrap, then it took an additional 20 min to get the dish correct. When it arrived, it was rubbery... as if the chicken had sat under a heating lamp.
4. Steak with baked potato. Arrived with a rice. Steak was ok according to the diner.
5. Black and blue burger with fries. It never came out. We sat and sat, and the waitress said she put in the order. We were all amazed at how nothing had come of this. We called on the manager who said that the burger was never ordered. Yep, apparently a person in our party didn't order a dish?! What was even more entertaining was the fact that he said he would take it off the bill! Well if it wasn't ordered then why was it on the bill? And when we did get the bill, the burger and the up-charge for the onion rings (that we never received) was on the bill,.
The other part of the entertainment was watching other tables getting just as upset as we were with their orders.... and lack of service. Our waitress kept saying over and over "I am trying to put on a happy face". Great!
So lets review.... bad service, bad management, and unhappy customers.I cannot comment on the how the food was since I never got to eat. I would skip this restaurant, go to Capt Hirams or Squid lips if you are confined to eating in the area. I really am sorry to make this review public....

As a former waitress, this place was very disappointing.

Three strikes, your out!

Number 1. Our server was too busy flirting with a table of young men working on getting numbers then to pay us any attention with our food or with refills on our drinks.

Number 2. My son was in the restroom when we ordered, when I said the order, the waitress told me I can't order off the kids menu. I'm sorry, my son was in the restroom, but regardless, don't tell me I can't order mac & cheese!

Number 3. I was meeting friends for lunch who were on a boat, I was attempting to find out from the hostess where they should dock. After 15 minutes of going back and forth with other people I told her to ask the manager. She came back out to me and said "I'm sorry, he said he's too busy for you" What! He's to busy to tell me where to put a boat for people who are going to spend money?!

Three chances and they blew them all!

We have been going to Mulligan's since it opened a few years ago. I don't know what these people are complaining about. We have always had good service and we find the prices quite reasonable. The firecracker shrimp are a must have for me. They have a great pub style menu and the views of the Indian River are exceptional. For those who enjoy breakfast get there early to enjoy one of the best sunrises you can experience.

Been there a lot and the food is fantastic

The Mulligan's in Sebastian has by far the nicest indoor/outdoor dining. They open the sliding glass windows when it is seasonable. I love the fact that I was happily greeted with lunch menus at 11 am. I later learned that they open at 8 am for breakfast

Went today with my family. Big mistake. The manager was helping out the waitstaff but with an extremely bad attitude. Took over 15 minutes for the waitress to even come to our table. Food was overpriced and not that good. and the view, well one table complained about being cold, it was about 78 degrees, so they zipped the curtains which ended the view and turned off the fans making it very hot...there are seats inside of they didn't like the weather outside.

DON’T waste your time!!! A relaxing ocean front dining experience, NOT!! They have this ridiculous policy that if your entire party is not present then you cannot be seated for any reason, not even for a handicapped person, which my mother is. This is absolutely ridiculous. My family decided to go to the Mulligan’s in Sebastian Florida for their St. Patties Day “celebration”, should have gone somewhere else, which we did. My husband and mother went in first to get the buzzer for the table because there was a bit of a wait. I was going to arrive very shortly after, no more than 5-10 minutes. Well, the buzzer goes off about 30 minutes later for my mother and my husband to sit, get drinks or an appetizer, till I and my children arrived. Apparently this is absolutely not allowed. You CANNOT, for any reason, sit until your ENTIRE party arrives. You could be waiting 30, 40, 45 minutes for a table and the other person you are waiting for may be just 5 minutes behind. They will REFUSE to seat you!! THEN give your table to someone else who just walked in. Now everyone is present and you have to wait god knows how much longer for another table to open up. This may be the reason why they had police protection inside. We were all discussing the issue amongst ourselves and took business cards to complain later. Well with this some red faced pasty fat a** comes up to the hostess station and very cockily asks “What seems to be your problem?” AS IF!! And then proceeds to chastise US for a having an issue with the ridiculous policy!! We said we were going to complain to the VP of Mulligan’s and he informed us that it was HIM!!! The guy is a complete A-HOLE with more money than brains.

WOW!!!

We WERE regular customers. We ate there at least 4-6 times a month dropping quite a bit of money, which they don’t seem to care about.

I would never eat at Mulligans in Sebastian EVER AGAIN!!! If I could, I would give them a ZERO Star Rating.........Service Sucked. The manager was unwilling to help, quote "Sorry, but my hands are tied. You'll have to call corporate." WTF is that!! There prices are crazy high for the quality & quantity of food you get!!! Also, the atmosphere is not that good. I would highly recommend eating at Sandy's Grill or Aunt Louise's Pizzeria in Sebastian instead!!

i went there in the afternoon. waitress recommended the fish & chips,so i ordered it.BIG MISTAKE........ it was terrible,way too much breading on the fish,couldnt even taste the fish.breading was so hard i need a jack hammer to cut it.needless to say,there will be no more mulligans for me. they need to change their menu,its a very nice place & the view is terriffic.

wish i had seen the review! the bar seemed to have its stuff together but the restaurant was awful. I know it is a fairly new place, but really?! Terrible service and food took FOREVER!

We loved the new Mulligans in Sebastian! The service was excellent, food was great and the atmosphere was awesome! We will definitely be returning soon!
