Alterations Plus Dry Cleaning

This store has great customer service. I brought my rugs(4) there to dry clean quite a few times and they turned out just fine. One time the rugs were super dirty from family holiday get together and even my dog's bad litter on one of the rugs. The owner told me it'd take a very long time for lots of stain and some odor to so whenever it's done, she'd call me. It took about a month and when i picked them up, they were all SO CLEAN and that specific one, the dog's bad smell was no longer there. It's great!

The people at Alteration Plus are very nice and friendly. I go there for alterations and dry clean my clothes, and I am always please with the outcome. I believe they give the best quality service around the Capital Hill or maybe even Seattle. They can professionally fix any garment from jeans original hem, skirt to tuxedos or even bride dress. BEST PLACE TO GO TO.

These people are dishonest; DO NOT GO HERE. They said that they would charge me up to $20 to clean a special hand made rug and LOST IT, then have dragged it out and never paid me for it for months. I have been in 7 times!!!!!!!
