I recently did a barter with Mr. Murphy and it was the worst decision I’ve made in some time. We received a system from him that has been a royal pain in the a*s ever since it was installed! Mr. Murphy does present himself in a very professional manner face-to-face, but once things go wrong he hides in his hole like a snake. To make a long story short, Mr. Murphy and I did our barter; after we gave our service to him he tried filing claim after claim, 3 months after the fact. He was trying to claim things that our service had nothing to do with. Not that our alarm system was working right. We had to call an outsider to fix the problem and get it up and running the way it was sold to us (NOT!). When we finally got Mr. Murphy on the phone he kept whining about this is wrong and that is wrong with my service to him, just to get himself out of the hot seat. He tried to spin this on us and make us out to be the bad guys. I got to working him up and talking to other customers of his and its the same story over and over again. There are the same complaints and either bad reviews or NO reviews. For being in business 5-6 years you would think you’d have more reviews on the more popular sites like Yelps/Angie’s List, but bad reviews on Google+ and not accredited with the BBB I should have done my homework. Customers BEWARE of Mr. Murphy and Xpress Protection and Do Not do ANY barters/trades with him or even USE him or his company.

We contacted Xpress Protection to review our security needs at our new home. Unlike other dealers that came out, Xpress Protection took the time to walk through each room of the house with us and explained options to maximize the protection and give us the peace of mind we wanted. They are very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We hired them to install a new, modern system that we can access from our iPhones or iPads. We are extremely happy with the system they recommended, the installation and the fantastic service and support! We have referred Xpress Protection to coworkers and they too have been very happy with the work provided by Xpress Protection.

I contacted Xpress Protection Security Solutions and Dave Murphy met me at my home in central Phoenix. Have been having neighborhood problems and needed to have some type of security. We (my husband and I are elderly) First thing was the fact that ALL employees are background checked (i.e. FBI) which gave me peace of mind. A solution was offered for budget outdoor hard wired cameras and DVR with availability of remote viewing which appealed to us as well. Dave came back several times to help set up the install and tweak camera views and check internet connection. We did decide to upgrade to an entry level DVR which is the HEART of the camera security and without DVR there is NO camera security. Installed May 16 and June 15 lost Playback, July 9 lost Live and yet Dave came back to home and rechecked everything and brought out our requested upgrade due to the glitches. THIS system is owned by us. No permit required as it is NOT armed system. Necessary to have contact and calls backs. Highly recommend! J&R Dinges

My business was broken into on a Saturday evening and it was devastating. Unfortunately, I did not have a DVR connected to the security camera in the lobby. David Murphy with Xpress Protection instantly came to my rescue, surveyed the premises and made recommendations for what I should have – something my current security company should have done for me. He changed out the existing camera to one that is better for night lighting and added another one in the room where the back door is. His team was in here within a matter of days and installed everything with very little interruption to our busy business day. I wish I had had Xpress Protection before this disturbing robbery! David really knows the security business and was so responsive and comforting after this traumatic incident. Speaking from experience, anyone would be well served to at least have this group evaluate your security situation(or lack of). There is no pressure from David, but he’s extremely knowledgeable about what you’ll need. In theory, all security systems are equal. At least that's what I though before Dave walked me through all of the varying options for video surveillance at my business. Dave spent time with me and helped me to make the decision that was most affordable, but offered the highest level of protection. Customer service was really more than I expected. I'd recommend any business with a security need consult with Dave before making a decision!
