Dorm Room Movers

Awful Service. Just Awful Company! They caused more headaches that they promised they would alleviate. They promised boxes ( kit consists of 5 boxes & 1 roll of tape - way over overpriced at $39.99) would be deliver on May 3rd. They were not delivered. I spent the next day emailing back and forth 14 times to figure out where the boxes would be delivered. They classic response was that we would just have to watch for them. I wasn't watching out for anything. I paid you. Its your job not mine. (Worst off there is no telephone number of their outfit anywhere). At Gonzaga University the mail room is closed on the weekends...it closes on Friday at 5pm. Boxes arrived just before 5pm on Friday. With studying for finals, packing Dorm Room Movers caused more anxiety for my daughter and myself than was needed. When I heard back from Chelsea at DRM she started to place the blame on UPS, etc... everyone but themselves. I stated to her the agreement was May 3rd. You said yes we can do that. Well, you did not do it. I went on internet and found a local storage company in Spokane that will store boxes at $200 for summer. If they can't deliver the boxes on-time, they will screw-up the pick and delivery. They are not worth the money. Just bloody awful company.
