I have a rescue dog who is very shy and timid. After working with her trauma behaviors for a couple of months, we decided to try doggie daycare for the first time. The staff here are earth angels, very compassionate and heart centered, very knowledgeable and informed about dog behavior. The integration process is well thought out and the facility is great! Wonderful space for dogs! I was a little nervous about leaving Paisley Mae, but the kindness of the staff made it easy for me to give it a try.

My dog and I love this place! It took us a while to find the PERFECT groomers, but we did! They are emotionally invested in their business and it shows! It is hard to type on my phone but, go there, you will never go anywhere else!

The staff is very nice and my dog has so much fun there. She always comes home having learned something new (like "wait") and she sleeps the rest of the day which can be very convenient when I'm working from home!

I own a young rott/lab mix and I use this place about once a week for day care/socialization. I also had him groomed recently and he smelled and looked great! This place is not pretentious and they allow the dogs to just be... dogs. No webcams, but if you ask them about your pet, they give you feedback. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful across the board. I have never encountered negativity or any pressure to buy products. These people love and understand dogs (of all shapes and sizes). What's most important to me is that every time I pick up my dog he has the biggest smile on his face and is absolutely exhausted. If you're not sure about this place, I'd say just try it out. I LOVE it and so does my dog!

my shy, arthritic dog who hates being groomed - without question she is the most gentle, patient, perceptive, and intelligent groomer I've ever encountered. She also taught me a lot about caring for my aging dog but not in that know-it-all, condescending way that so many dog groomers (and trainers) seem to use. I love that they encourage owners to assist with the grooming because it reduces the stress for everyone and allows us to get in and out quickly.

We all have strong opinions when it comes to our beloved pets. I have previously had my dog boarded and groomed a couple of other places around town over the years. I have been bringing my Standard Poodle to Paws Plaza for 2-3 years now for periodic daycare, overnight boarding when I have to travel a few days, and full grooming. I am extremely pleased with the care he receives here. Clean, attentive, caring folks has been my experience. My dog LOVES coming here and since he is able to be on location playing freely for some time before getting his groom appointment, he very much enjoys the experience. A big thank you to the whole staff at Paws Plaza. My dog and I both highly recommend them for quality care and grooming!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a reservation for day camp and THEN I read the reviews. I have to say I was nervous about bringing our 6 mo golden retriever puppy here. We have been traveling the country and she's been going to day camp on and off for 2 months. Well, there was nothing to worry about from what I could see. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. They cleared the pens so my dog didn't have to walk into a crowd as the new kid. They all seemed to enjoy their work and enjoyed the people as much as the dogs.

My dog and I LOVE Paws Plaza! First of all, the staff is super friendly. Everyone has a smile on their face and thats refreshing! My dog is so excited every time we turn down 4th street on our way to Paws. I know he is loved by the whole staff. They offer training (which we have totally taken advantage of) as well as grooming and boarding. There is a nice quiet peaceful 'zen' room which is a great way to introduce dogs. I'm so glad there is a great safe place that my dog can go where he has fun and I don't worry :)

I would highly recommend Paws Plaza for grooming, day care and boarding. This establishment is so professional, so caring, so sensitive to my pet. I am very grateful for Robin, as she has helped me enormously with training and grooming. When my dog comes home from just a few hours to a few overnights, she is so happy and loves it there. These are very experienced professions who give excellent care. It can get a little pricey, but so so worth it!!

I totally recommend Paws Plaza for doggie daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming. I have been taking my Standard Poodle here for about 2 years now for all services and have complete peace of mind whenever I travel that my Boy will be very lovingly and professionally cared-for.My 7-year-old Standard is ALWAYS delighted to go to Paws and has become a calmer, more obedient dog as a result of the staff's professional attention. We were in the midst of a 7 state journey from Ohio to California with a 2 day stop in Santa Fe. It was hard to sit in the car all day, every day, so I wanted to find a place where our dog could run and play for a couple of days. Not only was it a wonderful respite for our pup, the staff treated us like we were regulars. They were so kind. We may never pass that way again, but if we do, we WILL return. I highly recommend this business.

I have been taking my Newfoundland to another groomer in town and have been frustrated because they were rude, expensive and did a poor job. I am thrilled to have experienced Paws Plaza and the groomer today. Everyone is pleasant and nice and exceptionally kind to dogs and Nikki went out of her way to make Violet feel at ease. She bent down and put her arms around her and offered treats. However the best part is that she listened to what I wanted. She also went the extra mile to bathe her several times due to all the sand from living on an arroyo. My dog was in and out in an hour and a half....no more waiting around all day to be groomed. The price was excellent and reasonable and her grooming was fantastic. She has not looked better since we moved to Santa Fe last summer. Paws Plaza is clean and bright and they even offered me the chance to stay with my dog. I cannot recommend this facility enough.

After fleeing the madhouse that was PetSmart with my dog, a woman outside recommended Paws Plaza. They were wonderful! My dog's nails were trimmed and she was bathed and dried all in about a half an hour. I love that you can stay with your pet during the whole process. The groomer was extremely gentle and mine was the only dog in the place. The basic bath was only $25. I will most definitely be taking her back.

My dog loves Paws Plaza. On the drive there she gets very excited. She pulls me over getting out of the car. She has been in daycare for years, cleaned and boarded. We have been to other establishments and this is by far her favorite. She never comes home dehydrated as with other places and if she is happy then I am happy. These guys care.

We were visiting Santa Fe for a few days and didn't want to leave our dog at the hotel during the day. After looking into a few dog daycares in the area, we decided on Paws Plaza because of their Zen Room for older, quieter dogs. They were helpful on the phone about sending over our dog's application and immunization records, and reassuring us about the quiet Zen Room for our very shy dog. Their facility is very nice and while our dog is not into daycare or other dogs, she had lots of couches to hang out on. They also gave us updates on how she was doing we we called, and they were very accommodating of Marilyn's needs. I'm not sure about the facilities for the more active dogs but it seems like they all have a good time. If we're back in Santa Fe, we'll definitely use Paws Plaza again.

Took my matted 17 year old cat Phoebe to get a shave and bath here two weeks ago. Could not be happier. Robyn was awesome! She gave me some much needed advice re her diet. No judgment, just sound advice. Phoebe is now on a raw food diet. She looks healthier, seems to have a new spring in her step and her litter-box DOES NOT smell. That was the first clue we were onto something. Wish we had done this years ago. Thank you Robyn :)

Today my Maltese Jeepers had a grooming...a training session on leash and a day playing with other dogs. Unfortunately I didnt get the groomers name but please tell her thanks. Cute cut and happy dog. What more could I want for my sweet dog??? Thanks!

I want to say my dog goes to Paw's Plaza and has since he was alittle puppy of 4 months.. almost everyday while my husband and I work. As soon as we say, time to go to "Doggie Play" he is so excited and sits at the door with a eager LOOK waiting impatiently to get in the car! They are ALL so wonderful with him, and we feel absolutely that our dog is loved and cared for! We get to see pictures of his day and feedback on how he does!!!! The play area is so well planned out and attractive!!!! Alot of thought has gone into it! Thank you Robin! We get his cut/shampoo there as well! We appreciate the time and trust that is given to him! THANK YOU AGAIN!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAW'S PLAZA!
