I literally picked him out of a phonebook when I became disatisfied with my previous dentist. He has an amazing office manager who was able to find my dental insurance info even when I couldn't."



Well... this is what its like now, He can't pull your teeth because it makes him 'uncomfortable' Your'e a dentist, hello! When I had a dental issue he and his office manager were taking a four day weekend. God forbid we call the doc because he was & I quote "on the slopes". If you are suffering considerably don't even bother calling that cell number he leaves on his office machine. He won't call you back. Because I asserted the things that were wrong in his and his office staffs behavior (I never raised my voice nor used a foul word), I was told it wasn't working out and he dumped me. He's too NEW AT THIS JOB. DOESN'T REALLY HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE. And if Annie the office manager doesn't like your personality they throw you out with the trash. My friend Sherry Parminter witnessed it all and agrees with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Ross is great.  Knowledgeable with a good chair side manor.  Friendly and efficient staff.  Annie reminded me about my appointment and billed my insurance.  Plus all the equipment is spotless and brand new.
