After I’d missed the keys to the lock, I called a technician from the local hardware store. When I needed a locksmith to fix the door lock, there werent many willing to take up the job maybe because it paid less, and they had better, more lucrative jobs to take up. LOVE San Carlos Locksmiths ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring.
