Lupita's Salon De Belleza

Horrible place! The owner her messed up my hair! She gave me a mullet haircut, & really bad highlights & color. They were orange & some my hair looked purple. What's worse she kept denying how bad she did told me if I flat ironed it the color would look fine. Finally told her just to color it one solid color(brown) & she was so sloppy applying the color, she left patches of the nasty highlights behind not to mention my hair now has a greenish grey tone! She refused to refund ANY of my money. Come to find out she has done this to many women. One young said her hair actually started to fall out & her highlights were spottted & orange like a leopard, she also didn't get refunded. Lupita the owner also had a bad attitude & was constantly pointing out my flaws, such as some skin problems that I have, making me more insecure. She carelessly kept getting color in my eyes. Don't expect to have a relaxing day @ the salon @ Lupita's as her employees take their children to work while they are doing your hair they are yelling @ their kids who are running around the salon tripping over your toes. The salon looks dirty, they eat while they do your hair & watch tv. This business owner doed NOT CARE about her clients. I guess the reason she doesn't give refunds is because she would go out of business being that she messes up everybody's hair. Ladies you deserve to treated as a princess & walk out of the salon feeling confident & sexy...this place made me walk out crying, embarrassed, I can't afford to fix it because she would not refund my money. This owner has no shame & has no business doing hair.
