i had milk and honey ped . it was fabulous! Beautiful location and the service is the best! Also manicure it was wonderful . kelly is great . Cannot wait to go back

Second time coming here worst mistake ever they did a horrible job on pedi! Did not massage well and short scrubbing. I will never come back here again especially to pay $30 for a 20 min pedi is ridiculous and there service is horrible.

I have been going here for a while and the salon has definitely improved a lot since it has opened. I love it!!!

The staff here knows exactly what they are doing. Before coming to Lee Nails, I had to of try out at least 5 other salons in the past 3 months. It was disappointment after disappointment until I came here and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you sooooo much for making my first visit memorable.

I was a walk-in last Saturday afternoon and although they were busy the staff still gave me the friendly customer service I appreciate so much. They got me a seat in one of the massage chairs while I waited and offered me a water. I'm writing this review because service like this is always hard to come by these days.

Lee Nails provided me with the most amazing pedi/mani I have ever had. The staff is so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. There's nothing better than getting the type of service I deserve after working a long work week. Thanks so much for everything and I will definitely be a customer for life.

Provided by Superpagessince I had to rate this with at least a star... Service was completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!Rude staff who were underqualifed to do even Clear polish. The sad thing is I have been coming here for over a year but my nail tech quit recently (wonder why???)not worth the price unless you want to pay people to ignore you and give you the worst pedi.

I am also a client there and see clients like u wanting something for FREE all the time. It's ur falt it got lost so why do they have to replace it for u. The have great customer service. Dont take advantage of them when it was your falt. Next time dont be so CARELESS. They are always friendly and fast to get to clients and keep the clients happy. Thers store is the cleanest in SA. Thanks to them I dont get fungus on my nails like the salon down the street. So dont blame them for ur loss. its clients like u that give salons bad names and always want to replace something they lost. It's like every store if u loss a gift it's NOT REPLACEABLE .... HELLO!

Provided by SuperpagesI received a deluxe pedicure....totally not worth $40. It was a very basic pedicure. They did not spend much time on my callouses and the massage was short. The pedicure lasted 35 minutes...I have some that last an hour for a cheaper price. Went to check out and they charged me $45. I said "why", and they said I had a scented exfoliant. I had told my pedicurist I wanted a deluxe, then she came out and had me smell a jar and said do you like this one. I said that's fine. She did not tell me it was $5...I thought it was part of the deluxe. They just said sorry and charged me the $5 for a scent I couldn't even smell when they were using. I just didn't tip the girl, and I will NEVER return. Much too overpriced for very basic service.

Provided by SuperpagesI went to have a deluxe manicure and got an infection with it. I complained to the owner, who didn't seem that concerned...it should be better soon. I requested a full refund and she declined but offered me a coipon for $12.50 of my next service. I thought that was unreasonable considering the amount of pain I was in. You should have seen my finger it was extremely swollen and red and very tender. When I went to the store to meet the owner who never called me back when I called early that morning I had to wait almost one hour for her to get there. Poor manangement. I will not be a regular customer anymore. Beware, you may end up with more thatn you paid for.

My mother recently moved to the area so I purchased her a gift certificate for Mother's Day in advance. I live in Dallas, and I had the certificate in a Mother's Day card ready to be put in the mail when I misplaced it at work. I called and explained the situation to the receptionist, who checked with the manager and told me she couldn't do anything to replace it because it was against their policy. She asked me if I would like to talk to the manager, but then returned and said she was unavailable and would call me back. I did not receive a call back, and despite multiple attempts to get ahold of her, every time I called I was told she was with a client, unavailable, out of the store, or would call back. My boyfriend lives in SA so he actually went in to the store and the manager was again 'unavailable'.
Since the card was misplaced in Dallas and the salon is in SA there was little chance of someone actually trying to use it. Someone at the hospital I work at actually found it and returned it to me, but after the way I was treated I wouldn't want my mother to go there. I called again and the manager actually answered, but when I began to explain the situation and ask if I could return the certificate, she cut me off and said she was busy and would call me back. I have been waiting several hours and the salon is now closed and she has yet to call back.
I feel I was treated very poorly and that a good business should have a courteous staff and cater to the needs of their customers. I am unsure of the quality of their services but would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

this nail shop is a very elegant and professional and its also very clean, compare to many other shops i have been to. I have not seen a nail shop like this. The employees are very kind and they care about what we need to do and make sure we get the proper service done. and they wont let you leave unsatisfied. They have tons of different varieties of pedicures..unheard of. and many different services you can get done such as facials and massages!! i highly recommend this place.. so when you have a chance to stop by and try it out. you will be very satisfied
