We called him after seeing his number on his truck. He came over in 2 hours and fixed a grandfather clock that had not worked in years. He also oiled it. Very reasonable cost. He is honest and hard working. Gave us good advice on how to maintain our clock, too.

Treasured Seiko clock needed repair. Another prominent shop said not possible. Ken looked at it and said he'd have it good as new in a week and he was true to his word in every way, for a reasonable price. He's a rare talent and a nice guy as well.

Terrific terrific. I have a 200-year old French clock, which had not been working for maybe 40 years. Ken's bottomless well of patience and ocean of skill got it working again. My father fixed clocks for a living. Ken is definitely in m father's league, and I didn't think I'd say that about anybody.

Ken said he was open and I drove all the way from Washington Twp. He pointed out my problem was no lubrication, dust and a bent gear. So he said he'd have it in 2 weeks and he called me in two days. All done. He fully explained what he did, gave me one year on repairs, made sure I knew how to operate it. Ken really cleaned my clock.

I have a large wall clock that stopped working, I went to the Clock Shop, talked to Ken, the owner and made an appointment for him to come to my home and give me a quote for repairs. Ken is very professional and really knows about clocks. He had to take the internal parts of the clock to his shop to do the repairs and what a beautiful job he did. Mr. Keang is an awesome person to have service your clock. We have a 12 year old Grandfather clock that we purchased when I was stationed in Germany and with all of the moving the clock was not working properly. Mr. Keang not only serviced the clock and got it back in working order, he took the time out to give a lesson on how to maintain it and shows little tricks on how to set it without aggravation. If you have a clock that you cherish Mr. Keang is the person to call. He even called me a few days after to follow up on his service and make sure everything was still in working order. What a fantastic experience. Took an antique Westminster chiming mantel clock to Shores Clock Shop. Two other businesses told me it could not be fixed. Ken, the owner, told me it would be running and chiming in two weeks. It’s perfect and Ken even followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well.
