Sam and Randy came on time. They worked non-stop until the job was completed. Their rates are very reasonable and we will definitely call them again for service.

We called at 7am and he arrived at 8 am as promised. Picked the lock pronto. Offered us a discount off his normal and already cheap $60 call out service. Only locksmith in Ruidoso, other options in Alamogordo are more expensive and less timely.

Unprofessional all around. Sam was a complete no-show for our original appointment... no call was ever received from his office before the no-show. I only received a call back the next day (after I left a VM the previous day inquiring about the 'no-show'). The call came from a young female relative of Sam's informing me that he was sick & that's why he didn't show. How unprofessional is that; where you can't even call your own clients yourself to speak directly to them about the 'no-show'. May I suggest calling the client BEFORE you decide to just not show up. So the young female relative rescheduled Sam for the following Monday at 9am for an on-site re-keying job (7-locks). So 1-hour before the rescheduled Monday appt, the young female relative calls us again & informs us that Sam is now out of state visiting family and he can't make our rescheduled appointment. She offers to come out at our scheduled appointment time & do Sam's work for him.

At this point we were put in time-crunch situation since we had just purchased the home & we were already scheduled to leave town in a few hours to continue our moving process. So the female relative (late teens/early 20's & not locksmith certified, I'm guessing) shows up 30-minutes late, with her infant baby in a car-seat of her vehicle. The temps were below freezing & a supposed locksmith employee shows up to do a several hour job with a baby in her car... who does that? She made excuses for herself & Sam when I questioned her about the no-shows, & her tardiness to the job-site. I had her call Sam & see if I could request a professional courtesy discount, due to the inconvenience he has put us in (first a no-show, now late for the appt, & we're now up against a time-deadline, plus there's an infant in the female relatives car on our property while she's supposed to be re-keying 7-locks inside our home, it's mid-December & the temperature outside is below freezing). She called Sam & I asked her to put me on the phone with him, she got all angry at me while I was attempting to talk to Sam & she took her phone away from me before I was finished speaking with Sam. She said no discount would be offered. That was the end of that conversation & she said she would just take her baby and leave. She had the nerve to tell me, that since there were no other locksmith competitors in the area; she did not care if I left them a bad review. She copped an attitude just about the entire time she was at our property & she did not apologize for their lack of communication & lack of professionalism. Needless to say, we did not use this company's service & we would never recommend them to anyone else.

He was absolutely terrible. He was not able to put the dead bolts in right. Said he would come back with the right equipment but didn't show up. When We called him he would hang up on us. He left us with a huge mess. Had to get a locksmith from another town to clean up his mess. If you need a locksmith don't call Sam. We also asked him to rekeying some locks. He was clueless on that one. So sad because we really wanted to give him some business but after he would hang up on us, we knew even though he had a handicap he was not honest
