A & M Towing Royal Oak Impound Yard

I've had 2 experiences with this company, both of which were horrific due to their awful customer service. The first time, when I called to report an legally parked car, they gave my # to the person whose car it was and I was harassed for 2 months. When I asked them why they gave my #, I was told "because we can." Today I called and when I was asked for my #, I asked "why do you need it?" and the answer was "you clearly are a resident mad at a neighbor" and hung up on me. I called back several times and nobody answered and the answering service was turned off I went to the office 20 minutes later. There was one guy there who from his voice was obviously the person with whom I talked on the phone & he lied and said he hadn't taken a call in over 2 hours. I told him the situation & I was told that because I live in a condo complex I need to go through my association and me calling them directly "is illegal"--clearly not true. I asked why I was hung up on. He said "I'm not saying we did or didn't do that, but if you are a resident of a condo complex it's correct if you were hung up on. I said I'd be reporting him to the BBB and the city and as I walked out he said "I'm not worried about it."
