Terrible customer service, I was told to go to a pandora store and to purchase another bracelet and bring mines back, where they will give me 80 dollars in store credit. Which I was told I could purchase more charms. This was a Christmas present purchased with 4 charms over 300 dollars. It was a size to small they ordered another one I waited two weeks and it was not back. Only for the man to tell me that pandora has them on back order, and I would have to wait until March to receive the new one. I called pandora and they said that they didn't have anything on back order for any third parties.

i went there today and was very pleased. Went to the Roseville store on 12 and Gratiot and Steve took care of me and he was awesome. Found a beautiful simple heart pendant with beautiful chain for a good price for my teenaged daughter! I am definitely coming back to this store when its time to buy more:).

We bought lots of jewelry from them over past years, they've a wide selection of jewelry, professional service of custom design and repairs, everything they done professionally, they also offer free jewelry cleaning while we waiting. We're very happy to do business with them.

My husband has been a customer there for years and we have purchased our wedding bands and ring from there last year. Nice store.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE,THE STORE OWNER A THEFT ,THEY SELL METAL AS 14K GOLD.I DON'T THINK THEY DELIVER GOOD PRODUCT. I WILL NEVER COME THERE.
