Don's Locksmith

I recently had them purchase and program a key fob for my car. What a great experience.

Pre-paid for fob. They called me a couple of days later and made a appointment to have it programmed. I got there a bit early, took maybe 5-10 minutes. Good to go!

Great let me emphasize that GREAT customer service. My friend and I came up from Jacksonville, FL to pick up his truck. My friend sent the truck keys to his friend for safe keeping until we could get here. Well the keys were stolen and my friend was already 600 dollars in (uhual, car carrier, hotel, gas, and food) My friend had spent his last dollar getting here and it looked like we were going back to Jacksonville, FL empty handed. We called Don's Locksmith and it was after hours. We explained the predicament and Don (i think that who it was) came back to shop after it was closed to make us a key and he worked with us on the bill. That is what I call customer service. 5 stars plus. If it was not for the GREAT customer service of Don's Locksmith we would going back to Jacksonville, FL with no truck and my friend would of wasted 600 dollars.
