Updog Yoga of Rochester

I first came as a student of yoga and have been entirely enriched simply in that experience. The teaching staff is of extreme quality. I now work as a teacher at UpDog Yoga and continue to understand that my colleagues are top notch. The instruction and care is, by far, the best in the business and I have traveled the U.S. and taken and taught many yoga classes and festivals.

The facility is beyond compare. As soon as you walk in, you will know what I mean; serene, peaceful, safe, clean and beautiful.

UpDog is the cleanest, most comfortable studio I have ever been to. There is acutally room to move about when classes are changing and there are enough hooks and hangers and changing rooms for all. Not to mention the floors are clean - quite revolutionary considering everyone walks around barefoot!
