        I'm not sure how , but each visit ramps up & increases me expectations & enthusiasm !

        We love 112 Pizzeria Bistro, for our thin crust fix/hankering.
        Usually we order the Bugsy Siegel, but you know how you can get in a rut from time to time, and order the same thins/favorite over & over?
        Well we decided each visit now, will include the MAGNIFICENT house sald for $5 & the House Dressing , but we were going to try most every pizza pie.
        [ except the Corrington with truffle oil..I just do not know ]

        So 3-2-14 we tried the Noir which is new to the menu:
        Double red sauce , pepperoni ,tomatoes, crimini mushrooms & feta cheese .

        It was fabulous!

        Jimmy the owner stopped by our table & we chatted pies, he wondered how we liked the new NOIR pizza

        Also we chatted about Supinos, Fresca & Tomato's Apizza all in a positive light.

        And how customers are/were clamoring for delivery, but this pizza needs to be eaten on site or within 5 minutes of pickup, to retain its ooey gooey goodness.

        Nice to meet a owner who is positive & cares about his actual product & its long term integrity.

        Cannot wait to go back...hoping to try a pasta dish eventually!
