CVS Pharmacy

Even though the core operation, pharmacy-wise, is solid - the place is inefficient in the extreme. It is hard to pinpoint why, and I am very reluctant to blame it on the support employees' incompetence - however the fact remains that the wait times here are horrendous. Even if you are third in line - be it drop-off, or pick-up - you are guaranteed to spend at the very least a half an hour here. We have taken to only stopping by at around midnight to avoid the insanity. Too bad, as given its location the place clearly has the potential to be a blockbuster pharmacy, yet somehow fails to be even in the "satisfactory" ballpark. And I do not believe it's the "victim of its own success thing". Avoid if you can.
