Bennett's Towing & Recovery

They are very rude they towed my car and the owner told me his wife liked my car. When I went to get my car they gave me the run around saying I needed a release. So I went to the police station and they told me that there were no holds on my car so I called them and one lady told me to come get my car if I could afford it. Once I made it bCk to the tow company which was a week later I was told that they filed for a title and they would sell my own car back to me once the title come in so I called the police and ofc the police said there was nothing they could do that it was a civil matter all the while the owner was smerking as if something was funny and they asked me to leave their property and as I was walking away the owner told the police she can get her car if she have 10,000 and his wife laughed out loud. They did all of that because his wife loved my car.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if you have a nice drivable vehicle because they will keep it for themselves if put it out for sale. They are over priced con artist and thieves

I got vehicle towed for no insurance that's my own fault but out of work couldn't afford it my car stayed in storage for 56 days I was scared would loose it so found a buyer they wouldn't let me take a picture or let buyer look at car so he backed out finally I was able to come up with the money I get there and thank God that lady ran card when she did because the owner told her to refuse card cash only even though I paid a 4% fee in a 1600 dollar tow bill he was angry I also had the tow it to mY house for an additional 85 bucks and he calls yelling because I could have found a shorter route since tow driver followed me this is only transportation I have I'm out of work I own my car the book value is 21000 and they did all they could to try and keep me from getting it even though I had the money they liked told me I couldn't get a tow release refuse to let a buyer look at it refused to let me take a picture even with the 1706.07 I had to give them they made almost 2000 off me for simply letting car sit in lot and they instead if happy was rude unprofessional and greedy 2000 wasn't enough for doing nothing they wanted to leave me no vehicle at all I don't know how they sleep at night plus they have a hudge spot where something scraped into my bumper that I wasn't even worried about I just wanted my car

I received First Class service from Bennett's Towing. My mom was stranded on I-55 North, while I was at home in Liberty, Mississippi. I searched for a wrecked service close to her location, and Bennett's popped up. They were quick to answer and fast to respond. Their prices were good as well. Mr. Mike talked to her the whole way home, and kept her safe for me. I would definitely use this service again, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

AWESOME SERVICE....From Ms Annette on the telephone, to Mike Martin on the delivery, AWESOME SERVICE. I called at 11:55am and my '91 Dodge D-250 was delivered to my driveway at approx. 12:45pm. I will reccommend Bennett's Towing to EVERYONE!!!

i asked for a receipt because we lost the original and when asked for a copy they sent a blurry and unable to read. When asked for a picture instead of a fax they were rude and wanted to charge me. They were unwilling to help and RUDE!!
