        Overall

        RIPPED ME OFF. No permit, shoddy work, damaged and missing pieces. So-called 1-year labor guarantee is a lie. Took my money and ran. Too much of a coward to admit it. Made fun of his wife while working. Avoid this poor excuse for a contractor; don't let him steal your money, too.
