        My husband died two years ago and Farmer's paid out a small life insurance claim. I also had two cars , a home owners policy and earthquake insurance through Farmer's.
        I started with agent Charlie Bishop 45 years ago and continued when he retired.
        My unsatisfactory review is because I have received birthday cards the last two years for my husband. I did call last year to report their error but this year same mistake.

        I have already changed some policies because of last years' error and the policies I have left I will soon be changing.

        I have and will continue to mention this to family and friends.
