Oakleigh Apartments

We lived here in a 1 BR w/den for 1 year and the whole time lived alongside cockroaches and mice. The exterminator was in every other week but because the whole building was infested, the problem never went away! We even got some of our own traps but still had pests! Then, upon moving out, Oakleigh management decided to overcharge us to replace the carpet when it could have been cleaned with just a steamvac. They kept 1 month rent worth of a security deposit, ($750) to replace about 400 square feet of carpet! What a rip off! Washing machines and dryers are used by 2 buildings worth of people (SO overcrowded) and the machines are broken more often than they work! Walls are paper thin so if you live here, you hear everything! And I mean EVERYthing. Stay away! Oakleigh is dirty and greedy!!!!
