Chipotle Mexican Grill

The quality of food was good the portion sizes were very small at this location compared to other locations The floor was very dirty and we had to wash our own table in order to sit down. There was food pieces on all the tables around us and food on the chairs. The staff at the Baldwin location was very sagnant. Qdoba is always close by all Chipotle locations. I will stick with Qdoba as the atmosphere, friendly staff,& cleanliness is top quality

I frequently eat at Chipotle restaurants and my most current to this new store is by far the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. The store just opened and I was excited that it was near my house.

The individual that was taking my order was extremely rude, I ordered chicken and the chicken was running low in the tray. Instead of getting more, he just began giving customers the smallest portions I have ever seen at a Chipotle (or any other mexican grill).



The woman that was adding salsa and sour cream acted annoyed that I changed my mind about what kind of salsa I wanted.



Perhaps the worst part about my experience was the fact that NOBODY in the store could roll a burrito properly.

I do not blame the kid that was supposed to be rolling it, but I blame the restaurant's management for poorly training their new employees about the MOST IMPORTANT part of making a burrito. I will never be back to this store and probably will never be back to any Chipotle ever. Especially when I can drive the same distance and go to Carnival Market, get a real delicious burrito and great service for a fraction of the price.

The only pleasant part of my experience was the cashier that took my payment, he was welcoming and friendly.
