Outback Steakhouse

If you love the Outback baby back ribs like I do you may be disappointed with the rib count when you order a "full rack". I looked at Wikipedia to confirm the typical rib count in a full rack and Outback falls short on this. The ribs are great, it's just a question of the portion size that the Old Bridge Outback location serves. It was disappointing. When I complained to the server they confirmed it was a full rack consisting of only 8 ribs which Wikipedia describes as a "cheater racks".

Food is fresh and well prepared. If you don't like spicy you should let them know they will but less spice while they cook your steak. Coconut shrimp is a must. The salad and bread is great too.
