Whidbey Appliance Service

If I could rate them zero I would. Worst service experience in my life, and since I have rentals with appliances I've had many over my 40 years managing them. Condescending tech/owner Travis was rude and as unhelpful as one can get. Came out for a factory warranty service on our fridge that is freezing food in every shelf, and told us AND THE FACTORY that this is normal operation for a new refrigerator. Now we can't get this replaced even though 3 previous service calls from another company have proven it's faulty. He was supposed to confirm for us, but instead screwed us big time. Thanks for nothing!

Don't recommend this company need to wait 3 weeks for a guarantee repair of GE appliances. Very poor Customer service.

Great prompt service, Travis got right to the problem, He had the part on his truck and he let me know what to expect with my dishwasher. I will defiantly call Whidbey Appliance Service again. THANKS

Discovering an emergency Sunday evening, we called Monday morning for Amana authorized repair. Matt was able to put us on schedule for Wednesday and called, as promised, early morning to give us the 2 hr window for appointment helping to ease our minds and schedule our day. Our only disappointment was his need to arrive 90 mins beyond the window. Service was performed quickly and efficiently upon arrival, was fairly priced, and we were able to speed to our next appointment knowing everything was cool(ing) with the refreigerator/freezer.

Wonderful repairman! He showed up on time and even went to bat for me with the manufacturer to get them to pay for the parts. Quick, efficient and straightforward. I will definitely use him again.
