I paid over $2,000.00 to have my car detailed here. As part of my "guarantee" I was told to bring it in after a few months for a no charge cleanup. I unfortunately missed the appointment and called to apologize and was chastised by the owner, but agreed to pay $150 for the work. My friend dropped the car off this morning. Later I was called by the owners wife. I returned her call and she turned the call over to her husband. The owner who berated me for no reason at all. He continued to say that he had two cars ahead of mine and refused to do mine. It is indeed unfortunate that a business owner would act this way. It was a very disappointing experience! My son was going to schedule his truck and car, but will not be doing so.
The wife told my friend that dropped the car off that it was my fault and they weren't going to cater to my schedule. I was told to drop it off on Sunday and if they were not there at their residence to leave the car there and put the keys in the box; they we going to work on it on Monday. My friend dropped it off at 7:30 am. If there were two cars ahead of me, there was sufficient time to do mine.
Not only are they rude, but I don't appreciate being blamed for something just because the coward wife wouldn't confront the friend who dropped it off. When I spoke to the husband, he blamed my friend. This is an indication of how untruthful and unreliable they are! Stay away from this place!!!!
