I would not have put any stars, if I didn't have to for this review...definitely not star/rank worthy. Grew up in town, just came back for a month long visit after not being back for like 30 yrs. Went into this establishment after a hard days work with my work bag and a 6 pack in a bag. Sat a the bar for a 3-4 of beers over a 4 hour time span before going home. Spent some money on Keno, won and purchased two more tickets...in between, going in and out about 5 different times to smoke cigarettes and had a total of about 3-4 beers. On the bar I had my 1/2-3/4 full beer on top of my Keno cards (one was a winner that i didn't cash in yet) my $20 for my tab, came right back in and the bartender Kristin took my tickets and cash, but left my beer and tab (that I already pd for). She said she thought I left, really, you left my beer and double tab for me. she wouldn't give me back my tickets and then left me my bill all over again, wanting me to pay my tab twice. I have a very deep, loud voice naturally and asked her why she did this, she said she figured I left (that's why she kept my beer and my tab there, right!) I asked for my tickets back, as one was a winner, she wouldn't give them... she said you can't bring alcohol in here (it was put out back for me) I said I'm sorry, I was a bartender in another state for the last 4 years out west and you could bring into the bar, as long as you don't drink your own, we even sold 6-12 packs near closing to the patrons. Kristin said I was being belligerent, loud and just plain rude...I'm sorry, it was reversed and she wouldn't give me back my winnings...this is called theft and she is not a very nice person. I am a hardworking 51 year old male and don't appreciate this poor treatment from a young barkeep. The pizza place next door also say's that they always have problems with them as well. What a poor establishment in the quaint little town I grew up in and that I still have family living in. Will never step foot in there again and am putting in a formal complaint with the BBB and AG Office for the theft. She should lose her job for treating people the way she does.
