Sears Auto Center

Brought my car in for a free tire rotation and balance (bought the tires here and it's part of the package) and an oil change. They said it would take about an hour and a half, so I wandered over to the nearby mall to kill time. When I came back 1 hour 25 minutes later, they were backing my car out of the service bay. It was done on time and correctly, and they also did a free battery test that I hadn't asked for. The service adviser was polite and efficient. Previous visits here also were generally favorable, though when I bought the tires they didn't put a valve cap on one. I bought tires from Sears because the free lifetime rotation and balance can be done at any Sears auto center. This car previously was in Indiana for more than three years and then in Iowa for sewveral moths, so it's a benefit to be able to have those things done just about anywhere you are. Previous visits to this Sears auto center also were generally favorable.
