The American Friends of Magen David Adom-ARMDI is the sole authorized fundraising and advocacy organization for Magen David Adom in Israel and the United States. The organization provides medical, ambulance, and disaster and blood relief services during various disasters and conflicts. The American Friends of Magen David Adom-ARMDI plays a major role in providing vital lifesaving services during wars, skirmishes and terrorist attacks, as well as in times of peace. It conducts fundraising activities for Magen David Adom National Blood Services, as well as provides a blood supply to the Israel Defence Force and various hospitals.
