I swear I have no regrets whatsoever taking my daughter to this office. Everyone does a great job, and the doctors are super loving and caring!

The doctors at this office are wonderful; I wish I was able to see Dr. Lokesh more often on my visits, but they all consult which makes me feel good. The problem with the office is the office staff. The staff was more pleasant when the office was on Main Street, I miss those ladies with their welcoming smiles. The ladies now act as if you are annoying them, when asked a question they speak to each other in Spanish then answer your question in English. Is there a reason they can not speak in English in front of me? Lucky for me I know Spanish although I do not look like it and being told to the other receptionist that I ask the same question over and over, leads me to believe I will finding a new office. I know that your staff does not care and that is fine also because I will not have to deal with them anymore. I am stunned at Maria for allowing this to happen.

to the person with the three small children; SHUTTT UPPP (: i'm a patient there and they're amazing. you're complaining for really stupid reasons. first off; the place isnt dirty. second; if a movie curses oh welll , if the kid is satisfied your opinion shouldnt matter, and if you're kids are so small, they probably dont even understand what they meant ! and third; did you ever think that maybe you were waiting for an hour because they were trying to help another child as much as they possibly could !? god, you're annoying. just thought i'd tell you to grow up (:

We have 3 small boys 4 yrs and under. The doctor is GREAT but everything else is HORRIBLE! I've decided to switch. The place is dirtier every time we go, I waited over an hour with 3 small children and the movie they played today had curse words in it! Come on, as long as the kid is quiet, I guess it doesn't matter what you play?! The movie was Casper, which is definately not for small children, especially when they already have problems with sleeping through the night! I will not go back unless they get a different cleaning company, more employees and take into consideration what they are playing for children of all ages not just older ones. It's already stressful enough bringing your child in for shots and worrying about what they may catch from other children! I was really disappointed b/c the doctor is great and that's hard to find these days.
