I took my ProHeat Bissel Carpet Cleaner to them to be repaired. I was assured that they could repair it and that I would be called when the repairs were done. I did not hear anything from them for 1 month and called back. I was told that the repairs would then be done in 2 weeks. I called again two weeks later and was again informed that the repairs would be done within two weeks and that I would receive a phone call when my Bissel was repaired. Having not received any phone call I drove to the location 2+ months after having originally dropped it off, to find that nothing had been done to my vacuum. The response I received was that "They do other things here that are more important" with a shoulder shrug from the owner without any explanation other than the above from the owner and other employees. I asked why they had not called me to tell me they did not have the time or desire to repair it and again I received a shoulder shrug. Do not use this place of business.

I needed a vacuum repaired and called ahead. Hours until 6pm. I arrived 5:50 and the doors are locked. Took my business elsewhere.

I've been dealing with Gene and his people for almost 25 years and they go out of their way to keep me happy. A good company to deal with.
