Without doubt, beyond compare best place to eat in Neosho. This is a real family restaurant, old school traditional restaurant. Everything is good here from the coffee brewed just the way that I like to the sandwiches, dinners, and more. Some of my personal favorites include the catfish, the grecian platter, the Sunday dinner specials, the Boston or Alpine Chicken and breakfast. Steaks here are also of excellent quality and cooked to order just right. No complaints, wonderful owners and staff who make you feel appreciated and very much at home.

Green Forest: Family Restaunt is probably the best place I have eaten in Neosho yet. I used to greatly enjoy another Restraunt in town until I found this one.
Skeptical at first, after looking at the menu-which ranges from pancakes and eggs or french toast to a 12oz. ribeye-that is all available ANY time of day I was hooked.
Every item taste like it's been "hand made by Grandma". Everything is delicious!! The tables are a little wobbly at times and you may experience a little bit slower service during very busy hours, but all in all there's no topping it. Cracker Barrel, Shoney's, and Pizza Hut combined can't beat it, and they even have some Italian and Spanish dishes as well!!!
Five stars from me, and I will continue to get my coffee here in the morning!
