She immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to repair in about half an hour, what would have taken me about 5 hours and many long hold times with various customer service reps in various countries. I have been using her services since then, for about 10 years. My mother uses her too, she is patient professional, and very thorough. I highly recommend Lynn's services.
