Worst service and non educated people running so called business!!!!! Do not give your business to this company, you will regret it!!

Very unprofessional is the word to describe them. I had to transport my car from Florida to California. Initially they said 5 days with a max of 7 days. However I received my car on the 12th day from the date of pick up. Not only that, I had initially cleared it up with them that they would allow upto 100 pounds in the trunk but the driver asked for $100 and came down to $50. I still did not pay a single penny above my contract but this led to a heated argument for about an hour with the driver.

Please be aware State by state does not communicate well with their drivers. And unfortunately the driver that I had to deal with was from ALL STATE AUTO LOGISTIC company. Extremely rude person and he would only try to get more money out of you. The contract clearly stated that I had to pay $900 to the carrier and $100 was the deposit. But the driver kept insisting me for additional $50 for the stuff in the trunk of my car though it was already cleared up with them before pickup. The driver from ALL STATE AUTO LOGISTIC is not a man of his words and would try to fool you by getting more money out of you. Be very careful with this guy. If you plan to use State by State transport be very clear with the contract and ask them who would be transporting your vehicle If they say ALL STATE AUTO LOGISTIC it is best to avoid them

Poor communication via email and phone. Did not get timely responses to my questions. Did not get factual information regarding updates of shipping of my car from Ohio to Colorado. I would not do business with them again. I would not recommend them to family or friends.

Very poor customer service, vengeful, and terrible communication. Would not recommend to anyone. will not answer any of the many phone #s they will give you. find a different company!

I would have written this sooner, but we spent the weekend getting our "baby", cleaned and stored! ;)

Thank you VERY much to Max, for making this all happen!! How can I express our gratitude in this short review?! We needed to transport an un-drivable vehicle from Ohio to Maine ~ something we had never done before. After beginning our search online (of course), and talking with several companies, I finally reached someone named Max at State By State Transporters. He immediately put me at ease with his sincerity and confidence. Unlike some other companies I spoke with, I was not put on hold, but given his FULL ATTENTION, putting any fears I had to rest.

The company he used to move our vehicle was RPM Moving. The driver, Rich was EXCELLENT! Friendly, knowledgeable, and utterly respectful to the 84 year-old Aunt whose home the vehicle was being moved from. Doing an amazing job from the first phone call till they leave your property with the job completed, I cannot recommend this company enough!!! If you so desire, they stay in constant contact with you until your vehicle move is done ~ Swiftly, Safely, Reliable and Thorough.

If you need to find a transport, this is the only phone call you need ever make . . .
