The technician, Jarrett H., was very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. Pricing options were very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Jarrett came to my home to find and fix a leak for me after doing a very thorough search he found that the leak was caused by my shower faucet he was very good at explaining everything to me as he was doing his search he was very honest and extremely nice he genuinely cared about my home be safe for me and my pets I highly recommend him and southern trust to anyone who has plumbing issues in their homes also he was the nicest and most honest person I've met while dealing with service providers thank you for your service and I look forward to meeting more technicians like him from your company thank you for sending the right person to handle my problems for me.

When Brandon Martin first arrived, hr covered his feet with surgeon scrubs.He looked at my clogged drained and explained the cost .

I recommend Southern State; I've used them for electrical for years and recently added plumbing. The recent plumbing inspection by Cirilo was very professionally done; two items I expressed concern about were fixed immediately and for a reasonable cost.

A wonderful time saver. Cirilo did an excellent job on a recent sink replace and shower head repair. All work was done in a timely manner without a mess. At the same time he did the annual inspection.
