Passport Coach

Recently I had a need to get to Boston with short notice. Passport Coach was there ten minutes early in a spotless Mercedes. The driver had cold water and chocolates for me. I felt like royalty.

I was at my meeting early and the ride home was just as enjoyable with a different car and driver (this time, a Lincoln).

I will book all of my business travel with Passport in the future. Being new to the Cape, I am so thankful to have found Passport Coach. Doug (manager) was very quick to send a confirmation email and receipt and the whole experience was seamless. Job well done!!

I understand the need to contract work out at times when they are busy. It's part of growth. I booked airport service and rode in a brand new Lexus. It was beautiful. The driver explained that Passport is growing and adding Mercedes and Lincoln vehicles, too. There are glitches at times when a small company expands. I have used Passport for years and service has always been outstanding. Sounds like 'Worldtraveler 6' had a long flight.

DO NOT BOOK! NOT WHAT THEY SEEM! Booked private car service and a different company showed up in an old beat up Camry. Driver told me this company is outsourcing their bookings. Not what I expected after over 30 hours of travel. BEWARE!!

Absolutely the best service! From booking to my pick up at Logan to my driver bringing my bags right inside my door in the pouring rain. I felt safe and comfortable and will use this service for all of my business and personal travel from now on.
