I give them zero stars...they picked my car up from off a private property which i parked on by mistake...my car is very expensive so they tried to up the price for me to get it back...they tried ro charge me 100 for towing 40 for travlers fee and 85 for paperwork..i asked why they said it was a police sees...i was like how and they was i got out in ran...i told them when i called county it was not that and that my car was acting up so i coasted on to the property and never ran anywhere...in all they lied to up the price and to keep my car do not ever fo through them.do not ever call them they are horrible and liars...they will do anything to keep the your car...

WARNING: If you are ever in Pensacola and you need to call a tow truck or just a mechanic, add this place to the list of places NOT to give your money to. The owner was nice enough and the mechanic work seems good so far (I just picked it up a couple hours ago, so we will see). However, when I picked my car back up I noticed that a pack of batteries, which I keep in my console, was sitting in my cup holder. Now unless size D batteries have the power to self-animate and move by themselves, someone decided they needed to rifle around the inside of my car. Upon further inspection, I realized that a pair of lighters I always keep in my console were no longer there. And finally, to my horror, an expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses that I keep in my car (stupid of me, I know) were also missing from the passenger seat. I then proceeded to call the owner and ask him politely the whereabouts of my property, and was answered with "Go to the shop and check there". So I did. And upon entering the shop, I immediately notice my Oakleys sitting on their toolbox next to a pair of their sunglasses. My lighters are still missing. 

In short, if you like to pay reasonable prices for decent mechanical and towing work, and dont mind cleptomaniacs rifling through your car and taking anything they want, Big Dog Towing Enterprises Inc. on Navy Blvd, Pensacola, FL, is the place for you. 

Oh, and they don't take credit cards.
