Lewis' Pop-A-Lock

Take your business elsewhere! Lewis’ towing towed my car after my daughters accident. We decided to donate the car to charity instead of fixing it. I coordinated the pick up and then tried to pay the balance on the car over the phone because we do not live close by. My payment was refused stating the person picking it up would have to make payment. When I pushed more... his credit card machine was broken. But the next sentence was “you can just sign the car over to me and we will call it even”. Sorry kid with incurable disease - no making a wish happen for you today. I only wish I could give zero stars.

These guys are phenomenal. I broke down on I-49 about 10 miles outside of their town three days before Christmas. AAA got them out to me in about 45 minutes. They drove me to a Toyota dealership in Alexandria to drop off my car (60 miles away), then took me to not one, but two different hotels to help get me a room for the night (by this time it was after 9:00 pm). They had an outstanding attitude as well, and were more than happy to help. Thanks so much to these wonderful people; because of them, my Christmas was able to happen on time!

At 11PM on a rainy night, they were already out on a call, but tried to put us in touch with another tow company by providing phone numbers...the company and my son are still on phone as I type review...Although they can't accommidate them, they are going above and beyond by providing numbers.
